The Opportunity: Your Role as a Junior Workforce Management Consultant
As a Junior Workforce Management Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in both supporting our existing clients and implementing cutting-edge Oahi solutions for new ones. This isn't just a support desk role; it's a chance to dive deep into the world of workforce management.
You'll gain hands-on experience by:
- Managing support desk tickets, providing timely and effective assistance.
- Consulting directly with customers to build intricate organisational charts, implement award changes, and configure our solutions to their specific needs.
- Delivering comprehensive training to ensure our clients maximise their use of Oahi's software.
- Providing valuable technical and pre-sales support, collaborating closely with various teams across Oahi.

Who We're Looking For
