The Job:

As a Field Sales Lead, you will be part of our sales team dedicated to the Bunnings channel, with the flexibility to be based in either Perth or Adelaide. In this entry-level leadership role, you will report directly to the State Manager WA/SA/NT. Your key responsibilities include driving sales performance, developing and coaching your team, and strengthening customer engagement. The role focuses on merchandising and managing store-level relationships, while always keeping the needs of the end user as a top priority.

Your duties will include:


  • Leading and overseeing the designated field team to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Reviewing sales performance and margin expansion.
  • Executing focus sheets and developing customer relationships with Bunnings commercial and store teams.
  • Identifying and driving in-store merchandising growth opportunities.
  • Driving leadership behavioral standards and coaching/supporting the Field Sales team.
  • Fostering stakeholder relationships and cross-department collaboration.
  • Ensuring disciplined sales execution and adoption of technology tools (SFDC, SBD Connect, SharePoint).
  • Scheduling weekly team meetings and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Completing daily Salesforce reporting and reviewing team completion

You will also have:


  • Proficiency in sales execution and leadership.
  • Experience with technology platforms such as SFDC, SBD Connect, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyse sales performance and conduct training needs assessments.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and process excellence.
  • Experience working with Bunnings highly would be highly desirable
