Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with travel arrangements, diary management, and meeting coordination for the CEO
  • Provide general admin support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Help with day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace runs smoothly
  • Support the wider team as needed with ad hoc tasks and projects

Key Skills

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

  • No formal qualifications required – recent graduates welcome
