The Job:

As an Account Manager - Bunnings, you will be part of our NSW Field Sales Team, working to manage a portfolio of Bunnings stores within a designated region to support revenue and margin targets.

Your duties will include:


  • Driving store cluster sales performance.
  • Executing focus sheets and developing customer relationships at the store level.
  • Identifying in-store incremental merchandising growth opportunities (off-location).
  • Developing stakeholder relationships and collaborating across departments.
  • Driving disciplined sales execution and maintaining best-in-class standards.
  • Planning weekly and completing daily tasks in Salesforce, ensuring the calendar is up to date and accurate.
  • Maintaining data input accuracy and setting out-of-office notifications when training or traveling.


The Person:

  • Experience working in or servicing a large hardware business such as Bunnings or similar.
  • Previous experience as a sales representative or merchandiser, ideally within the hardware industry.
  • The ability to track sales data and make recommendations.
  • Basic experience in Microsoft products, particularly in Excel.
  • Understanding and previous experience working with Planograms.
