Overview
MCR are seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to lead all site operations for a huge hyperscale data centre facility which is due to come online during 2026.
Joining during construction phase, you'll be working closely with the operational readiness team to bring the site online. You'll build your team, you'll lead all the implementation of all operational procedures and processes, ensuring safety and uptime are not compromised at any point.

- 3+ years data centre site management experience
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems
- Fully competent with building uptime requirements

- Commercially sound with experience of managing budgets in the range of tens of millions of $$$
