The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional service to guests across various event formats
- Set up and pack down food and beverage stations, including bars and buffets
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and RSA standards at all times
To be successful in this role you must have the following knowledge, experience and attributes:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
