A little bit about the role…


The Digital Performance Manager role is a 9-month Fixed term contract. You will be responsible for leading and integrating Kathmandu’s end-to-end digital performance and trading strategy across all owned websites, paid media, organic channels, and marketplaces.

The role is full-time, and day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full digital customer journey—from acquisition to conversion and retention.
  • Managing and optimising digital media budgets across paid search, social, affiliates, SEO, and marketplaces.
  • Driving product visibility and sales through data-led merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Leading a high-performing team of digital specialists and analysts.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, CRM, content, UX, and merchandising teams.
  • Partnering with external agencies to deliver strategic and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Championing continuous optimisation through experimentation and performance analytics.

  • Leadership skills to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
  • A test-and-learn approach to campaign optimisation and customer experience.
  • Shopify experience
  • Agile ways of working experience
