Supplier Performance Leader

Your future role:

Reporting to the Supplier Development Manager, the Supplier Perfromace Leader will ensure the supplier's capability in quality, cost and delivery performance to meet Alstom's project needs. Join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.

A bit about your new role:

• Drive performance across critical suppliers. Act as a key point of contact with internal contract owners and internal functional owners.
• Drive supplier improvement actions with internal stakeholders (quality, supply chain, procurement, engineering and project) to meet/ exceed performance targets. Drive the supplier facing stakeholders to close actions at suppliers.
• Document/ present supplier performance improvement synopsis with KPI tracking.
• Animate critical suppliers' delivery, quality and cost performance and risk management.
  
  

Document (in consultation with the Alstom functions) and present risks associated with each supplier along with mitigation required to support supplier selection.

All about you:

• Bachelors in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain.
• A clear understanding and experience in an environment with complex negotiations aim at ensuring maximised value for both Alstom and supplier with risks managed.
• Supply chain or procurement or Lean Management certification is desirable.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Project Management and Quality is desriable.
• Knowledge on performing audits is desirable.
