Your future role:
Reporting to the Supplier Development Manager, the Supplier Perfromace Leader will ensure the supplier's capability in quality, cost and delivery performance to meet Alstom's project needs. Join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your future role:

A bit about your new role:
- Drive performance across critical suppliers. Act as a key point of contact with internal contract owners and internal functional owners.
- Drive supplier improvement actions with internal stakeholders (quality, supply chain, procurement, engineering and project) to meet/ exceed performance targets. Drive the supplier facing stakeholders to close actions at suppliers.
- Document/ present supplier performance improvement synopsis with KPI tracking.
- Animate critical suppliers' delivery, quality and cost performance and risk management.
All about you:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain.
- A clear understanding and experience in an environment with complex negotiations aim at ensuring maximised value for both Alstom and supplier with risks managed.
- Supply chain or procurement or Lean Management certification is desirable.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Project Management and Quality is desriable.
- Knowledge on performing audits is desirable.
