This role plays a critical part in delivering day-to-day operational support, managing category data, contributing to category reviews, supporting promotional activity, and retailer presentations. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support Category Strategy Execution: Assist in the delivery of category initiatives for Core Brands across key retail and foodservice customers. Coordinate category-related inputs for promotional plans, planogram reviews, and product launches.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update category performance trackers, sales data, and product databases. Assist in preparing presentations for internal strategy reviews and external customer meetings. Ensure data accuracy across key platforms (e.g. Circana, Quantium, retailer portals).
  • Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with the Insights and Sales teams to ensure the successful execution of category plans at shelf. Provide administrative and coordination support for key meetings, including agenda setting, action tracking and follow-ups.
  • Supplier & Partner Coordination: Assist in compiling reports and dashboards used for quarterly reviews and joint business planning. Coordinate product information and sample submissions to support product transitions, launches or deletions.
  • Continuous Improvement & Learning: Identify opportunities to improve category workflows and reporting processes. Stay up to date with shopper trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics relevant to assigned categories.


What You’ll Bring

  • Some experience in category support, commercial analysis, key account management, or territory management.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data systems (e.g. Circana/IRI, Nielsen, or retailer portals)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field (preferred)
