Role
Step into a leadership role with community impact as the Team Leader for Homelessness Support programs across the Central Highlands region. You’ll oversee the following portfolio of programs which focus on community engagement, early intervention and case management:
- Family Homelessness Specialist Support
- A Place to Call Home
- Support for Families at Risk
- More than a House – Private Rental Assistance Program (PRAP)
- Private Rental Assistance Program (PRAP) Plus

You Will Bring With You
- Previous experience in delivering housing or homelessness support programs
- Demonstrable supervisory experience within the community services sector
- An understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements for jurisdictions that services operate in
- Ability to engage and work effectively with consumers experiencing homelessness in a respectful and compassionate manner
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, community services or a related field and a current driver’s license.
