About The Role

  • We’re looking for a Project Officer to join our Technology Operations team at Atmos, a technology forward firm driving innovation in cyber resilience. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a foundation in project delivery who’s looking to broaden their experience through product management and delivery.
  • As part of Tech Ops, you’ll work behind the scenes to enhance our technology stack, support operational improvements, and contribute to product research that informs our market-leading solutions. You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure our platforms are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving client and business needs.

Responsibilities

You’ll support and contribute to:

  • Coordinating and delivering strategic technology initiatives across the business.
  • Supporting backend configuration and improvements to our internal systems and SaaS platforms.
  • Conducting product research and market analysis to inform product direction and innovation.
  • Managing project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the tech stack.

Key skills and experience

  • Motivated by a strong interest in cyber and a desire to make a meaningful impact by supporting clients with their evolving cyber challenges.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years supporting or leading project delivery in a business operations environment including the preparation of project documentation across the entire lifecycle.
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of products including Jira, Confluence, Loom and Trello. Proven skill within Jira Projects, Workflows and Teams is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with change management, including the preparation of change management plans and communications for all levels of the business.
  • A keen interest in technology operations and product development with exposure to or involvement in backend systems, platform configuration, or internal tooling.
  • At least 1 year experience in User Acceptance Testing and working with business teams to test and implement new features or tools that enhance operational efficiency or client experience.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with clear examples of communicating from Executive to Frontline.
  • Minimum 1 years’ proven experience to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously. Skilled in balancing short-term tasks with long-term initiatives and adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Open to feedback, proactive in learning, and eager to contribute to both strategic and hands-on work.
  • A passion for cyber and supporting clients to achieve their cyber resilience objectives.
  • Project or change management qualification desirable.
