The Application Specialist is responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the Aderant Expert and Classic platforms within Corrs.

This includes managing billing templates, system screens, workflows, and integrations, as well as supporting end users across finance, legal support, and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the technology teams.
  • Maintain and enhance Aderant Expert and Classic functionality across time entry, billing, matter management, and trust accounting.
  • Configure and customise Aderant screens and workflows using Expert Designer and related tools.
  • Support Aderant upgrades, patching, and module implementations.
  • Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, analyse, and reconcile data.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting projects and activities as a conduit between Finance and Technology teams.
  • Gather and compile data from sources, including internal databases, external sources and public records.
  • Utilise PowerBI to perform analyses and present findings.
