About the Community

Seachange Toowoomba is a boutique over 50s community ideally located only 4km from the heart of the Toowoomba CBD. About the Role

Provide live on site and after hours, emergency contact and assistance to residents. Experience in permanent resident facility management. The core working hours and duties of this role are performed Monday – Friday 7am – 3.00pm, with afterhours and weekend occasional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all operational aspects and security associated with the community
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all residents
  • Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources
  • Carry out routine inspections to ensure safety of all residents
  • Ensuring the community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standard
  • General gardening duties, experience with swimming management preferred
  • Coordination and engagement of external trades and contractors
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a prestigious Lifestyle Community Living Environment

About You

  • Experience permanent resident facility management while living on site
  • This is a hands-on position, so you are required to be physically fit for the demands of the role
  • Exceptional good customer service skills
  • A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working autonomously to operational requirements
  • Takes pride in your work and wants to deliver a consistent presentation in a high-end Land Lease Community
