We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused New Home Advisor to join our established team at the Seven Creeks Display Centre in Kialla—home to two of our most stunning designs the Qualia 39 Cove and Clara 27 Domain.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
  • Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
  • Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
  • Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
  • Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
  • Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.
