Due to growth our client, a federal government agency, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team for a 12-month initial + 12-month extension contract based in Richmond or Geelong. Your role will be to provide business analysis, design, and agile collaboration skills to configure Salesforce solutions which improve the client through a better Participant experience and a more effective Scheme. - Liaise with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy.
- Map end-to-end processes whilst consulting with the Business and Tech side to support the program of work inc. gathering business requirements, assessment and options analysis
- Model the current and future state whilst engaging with business area to identify risks and opportunities.
- Think, visualise and demonstrate systems approach, dependencies and processes that is platform
- Represent Salesforce Business architecture in Quarterly business planning sessions.
- Liaise with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
- Enhance the business architecture based on the Agency goals and objectives.
- Apply architectural principles to business solutions.
- Work with Solution Designers and Functional Consultants to develop End to End solution designs in line with business requirements.
- Define the data and process requirements to meet the business requirements.
- Work with wider enterprise architecture teams to agree on recommended solution for business problem statements with particular focus on Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Salesforce Business Architecture in organisation wide strategic programs.
- Be an Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance o higher need only apply
- Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory.
- At least 7 to 8 years of experience working in similar role in large scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Experience in large scale tech transformation projects, preferably with ERP implementations.
- Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience: o modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams,
- UX/CX designers, and assistant technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications.
- Familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated security considerations.
- Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments and exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industries.
- TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification.
- Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
