Konekt is seeking a leader who will be responsible for lead the strategic development and expansion of high-value corporate relationships across Australia identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth through innovative collaboration models.

The Role
National Manager - Partnerships and Growth will be responsible for:
- Drive revenue growth by strategically identifying and securing high-value target accounts and leveraging direct engagement and customer platforms to unlock and lead profitable sales opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the Konekt brand effectively
- Oversee the formulation and execution of sales strategies to broaden the range of products procured by existing clients.
- Manage a sales pipeline to constantly be generating new leads and business sources.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Strategic targeting and acquisition of major accounts
- Partner with Customer Solutions and marketing to explore new product development or pilot opportunities
- Writing and reviewing strategic customer tenders and proposals
- Utilize trend analysis to identify strategic initiatives for portfolio growth.
- Partner with Customer Solutions and marketing to explore new product development or pilot opportunities
- Engage with Regional Managers as required to implement a cohesive approach to client management and leverage opportunities
- Demonstrated experience in a customer focused role
- Demonstrated experience in revenue growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Established network within the Australian workers compensation sector, or relevant health sector experience
- Ability to foster and maintain positive professional relationships
- High level of IT and business analytical skills
- Demonstrated experiencing utilising CRM and sales management software
- Knowledge of changing market conditions and trends
- Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and clients in a meaningful and appropriate way
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Tertiary qualified in a related field desirable (Health, Business or Insurance)
- Results focused – shows initiative and flexibility in delivering results
- Highly motivated
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively, as well as collaboratively with a team
