The Role

Reporting into the Head of Operations and managing a team of 6 team leaders, this role ultimately holds responsibility for maximizing and managing the businesses revenue streams. You will manage claims related process workflows that allow revenue to be captured through ensuring timely and accurate billing, invoicing, and collections.

The Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the company’s revenue transactions and compliance across all revenue streams, ensuring revenue is recognised in accordance with latest accounting standards
  • Leading a team of 6 team leaders
  • Maintaining, analyzing and overseeing all revenue and income recognition related activities including claims and invoicing
  • Working with external/internal stakeholders as required
  • Building strong relationships with other roles in head office and in operations, to ensure partnership across the business

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a revenue related role - ideally in an industry such as healthcare, aged care, health insurance or banking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high level of empathy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
