About the role:

This newly created role reflects the exciting growth of our Sydney team. As Office Manager, you'll take ownership of our vibrant CBD office and play a key role in shaping its day-to-day operations. From managing administrative processes to fostering a collaborative workplace culture, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, managing everything from vendor relationships and office supplies to internal communications and social events. You'll also provide high-level administrative support to senior team members and contribute to a workplace where productivity and positivity go hand in hand.

This is not a support function for us, it is an ownership role!

Key responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for the Sydney Office and Team.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and coordination with building management and contractors
  • Lead internal events and initiatives that support team culture, engagement, and collaboration
  • Support onboarding processes, including new employee benefits enrolment and workspace setup
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including diary, travel, and expense management

About you:

You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on creating efficient, well-run workplaces. With a talent for prioritising tasks and solving problems proactively, you bring a structured approach to day-to-day operations. You also possess strong interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative, people-focused environment—an asset as you'll play a key role in planning team events, social outings, and fostering a connected office culture.

Ideally, you have 3–4 years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role and take pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
