- Provide practical and timely ER advice to leaders and stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end workplace investigations and complex case matters
- Interpret industrial instruments, legislation, and employment policies
- Contribute to the development and improvement of ER policies and procedures
- Support training delivery and capability building across key ER topics
- Represent the organisation in external forums including the Fair Work Commission
- Contribute to enterprise bargaining processes and strategic projects as required
- 3–5 years’ experience in an ER-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end ER casework and investigations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a large or complex organisation preferred
- Willingness to obtain (or current possession of) a Working with Children Check and Police Check
