About the Role
As our People & Culture Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for comprehensive HR support, working closely with our Senior People & Culture Business Partner to ensure smooth operations across all people processes.

About the Role
As our People & Culture Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for comprehensive HR support, working closely with our Senior People & Culture Business Partner to ensure smooth operations across all people processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end People & Culture processes with precision and care
- Drafting professional correspondence and employment documentation
- Administering our HRIS system and maintaining data integrity
- Coordinating performance review cycles, probation periods, and compliance activities
- Providing first-class customer service to employees and managers
- Supporting special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential:
- 2-3 years of People & Culture experience in advisory, coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service focus with professional interpersonal skills
- Relevant People & Culture qualification or tertiary education
- Project coordination experience
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
