Based in Altona North, this role is part of MEGT’s Employment Services Division, dedicated to removing barriers and creating sustainable employment opportunities for job seekers!
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our site, handling face-to-face, phone, email, and online enquiries. Working closely with the Site Lead and team, you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the site, embodying our values of being trailblazers in service, savvy in solutions, thriving in challenges, and staying united in teamwork.

You bring experience in customer service and administration, with a knack for building strong relationships and achieving team goals. You’re adaptable, confident handling enquiries, juggling priorities, and exceeding service standards:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Confidence in dealing with enquiries face to face and managing competing priorities
- Proven experience in exceeding customer service standards
- High computer literacy
- Efficiency working autonomously
