RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking defence capability professionals with strong interpersonal and technical skills. The roles are full-time permanent roles and will support our clients and teams in planning and delivery major, complex defence capability projects.Core skillsets that we are seeking are: project management, systems engineering, Integrated Logistic Support and Integrated Product Support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management, systems engineering or integrated logistics support for large defence projects and programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients and enhance existing relationships with both internal and external clients
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Lead the delivery of projects to optimise time, cost and quality outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently through unstructured tasks
- 3+ years experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/training
- Project management training or qualification desirable
- Able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Baseline NV1 Security Clearance
- Prior experience working with on defence capability projects is highly regarded
- Strong team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
