Role Insight:


We’re partnering with a leading architectural practice with studios across Australia to find a talented Project Architect to join their Sydney team. Known for their people-focused and research-led approach, this studio delivers thoughtful, design-driven projects across education, residential, community, and mixed-use sectors.


This is an ideal role for a registered architect with strong documentation and delivery experience who’s ready to take ownership of projects and help lead collaborative teams. You'll be part of a dynamic studio culture where innovation, mentorship, and design rigour come together.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Lead design and documentation across all project stages
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams
  • Contribute to concept development and project strategy
  • Oversee technical delivery and ensure design quality
  • Use Revit and BIM tools to produce accurate documentation


What We’re Looking For:


  • Registration as an Architect in Australia
  • 5+ years’ experience in an architectural studio
  • Strong design sensibility with solid documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and relevant digital tools
  • Previous experience in education or multi-residential projects preferred
  • Confident communication and team leadership abilities
