As the Consultant Physical Security Infrastructure, you will be part of the Physical Security team, responsible for the delivery of physical and electronic security measures that protect our customers, people and assets, including providing technical service expertise to maintain the applications and hardware that keep the bank secure.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Deliver physical and electronic security measures that protect our people, premises and assets through identification, testing, procurement and implementation of physical security controls deployed across the bank.
• Provide technical support and resolution of support tickets on a 24/7 basis via a rotating team on-call schedule, including a requirement to work from the Melbourne CBD based physical security Fusion centre.
• Provide operational supervision, guidance and support for site security installations including hardware commissioning and testing security controls to ensure they operate as designed and intended.
• Project manage and deliver physical security infrastructure projects including multi-site equipment rollouts, delivering process improvement and advising Physical Security infrastructure best practice.
• Conduct physical security site risk assessments across commercial offices, retail branches, business banking centres, ATMS and other premises.
  
  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Previous experience as a security technician along with experience in project oversight and delivery of physical security installation in large commercial and retail sites.
• Expert technical experience operating and maintaining access control systems, security alarm systems, CCTV systems within large multi-site organisation.
• Experience preparing security plans, designs, standard operating procedures and policies.
• Technical experience operating and maintaining hosting infrastructure and network infrastructure supporting physical security systems and applications.
• Strong capability and understanding of a broad range of information technologies, including Windows and Linux servers, networks and firewalls, Cloud hosting (Azure/AWS), SQL database, API and SDK, GitHub, Rally, Control-M, Confluence and ServiceNow.
• Tertiary qualification in a Security or Technology discipline, relevant hardware certifications and industry security licenses.
• Experience in managing Real Time Physical Security Incidents and availability to provide on call support on a rostered basis.
