We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of business and strategic projects that help realise ACS’s strategic vision. This role is fixed term for 12 months with the opportunity to become permanent in the future.
In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of high-impact internal projects, from initiation through execution and benefit realisation. You’ll work across the business to coordinate resources, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
This is a collaborative leadership role, not one with direct reports, but one where your influence, coaching, and communication skills will empower others to succeed. You’ll support and guide Project Sponsors and Owners, team leaders, and change specialists to deliver real results.

- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, resourcing, and timelines
- Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and interdependencies across multiple teams and platforms
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive progress through structured project governance, status reporting, and risk management
- Lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate vendor and partner contributions, contracts, and deliverables
- Integrate change management activities into project plans
- Support the adoption of new systems or processes through training, communication, and engagement
- Continuously identify improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence

You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, business or a related field
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, ideally in professional services or a member-based organisation
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile/Scrum
- Strong budgeting, risk management, and scheduling skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- A collaborative approach to coaching and influencing without formal authority
- Experience working on digital transformation, operational improvement or change projects
- Exposure to not-for-profit, education, or membership-based organisations (desirable)
