We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Delivery Manager to join Facto, supporting a key client in the loyalty and customer engagement space. This is a contract role covering two parental leaves across different but connected business areas: Personalisation & Experimentation and Data & Analytics.

This role is a 5 month contract. We are looking for some to start between now and early August.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, enterprise environment with a high degree of ambiguity, where your ability to balance structure with flexibility will be key. The role requires strong stakeholder management, comfort with complex organisational structures, and confidence working across multiple business streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery for the Personalisation & Experimentation (P&E) team and provide interim support to the Data & Analytics Enablement function.
  • Work closely with product owners, analysts, and business leads to manage and maintain high-level roadmaps across 8–9 concurrent workstreams.
  • Oversee quarterly planning and capacity planning, feeding work into squads and aligning outputs to strategic priorities.
  • Navigate a new and evolving team structure in P&E, helping embed processes and structure while staying agile and adaptable.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business units, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Act as the key delivery contact in the P&E team (no direct reports), reporting to the Head of Delivery & Optimisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, ideally in large or complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments and shaping delivery practices where needed.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and how to apply them in enterprise contexts.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in data, analytics, or personalisation initiatives is a plus.

  • Start date: Early August at latest
  • Duration: Through to end of January
  • Hybrid model: 3 days in office (Sydney-based)
  • Interview process: 2 stage process
