Your Role
- Provide implementation and ongoing operation of the security management framework.
- Be responsible for coordinating the delivery of Capgemini's activities to address any key risk and security exposures.
- Provide training of, and assistance to, Capgemini teams in the implementation of security management practices across Capgemini's operations.
- Direct the design of controls to address emerging or new security and compliance requirements.
- Carry out regular and frequent assurance reviews of the design and operating effectiveness of Capgemini controls
- Manage and report on activity across Capgemini's operation to address identified control and compliance deficiencies.
- Implement, monitor and report on key security indicators to identify and address emerging risks.
- Coordinate with BOQ CISO and team to facilitate BOQ audits and inspections by regulators if required.
- Manage Capgemini's responses and actions to address audit points, inspection deficiencies, or control weakness identified during normal operations
- 5+ years working in a similar role. Depth of experience working across multiple projects.
- Ability to manage and mitigate any key risk and security exposures.
- Strong knowledge in policies and key controls to address audit points, inspection deficiencies, or control weakness identified during normal operations.
- Good knowledge of financial and contract management
- Experience in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security technology trends, tools, and solutions.
- 5-10 years of experience within Cyber Security Operations Management with a proven track record Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- CISM, CRIC certification.
