Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure user satisfaction through prompt issue resolution
  • Log, monitor, and manage IT requests using service management tools
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps and basic technical support processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation, user guides, and support materials
  • Provide training and assistance on software and applications
  • Identify opportunities to improve service desk procedures and user experience
  • Collaborate with technical teams by escalating complex issues appropriate

Essential Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment
  • Government experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple support requests
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning
  • Experience supporting business applications and Windows environments

Bonus: Exposure to or working knowledge of ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
