What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
Event & Project Management
- In partnership with Snr Communications Manager, propose & strategize yearly event calendar and ensure timely execution of all major milestones.
- Lead briefing, conceptualizing, planning & execution to Events for Product launches, Exhibitions and Seasonal / Collection animations.
- Create and refine event proposals to gather buy-in and validation from internal team and regional/ HQ teams.
- Lead Event Operations including Action Plans, team briefings, Production schedules and Budget management.
- Support Client & PR events, in partnership and collaboration with the CRM & PR teams respectively.
- Work closely with retail, marketing /merchandising, and PR counterparts to ensure all events have considered a 360 approach
- In partnership with Snr Communications Manager, brief event pitches to agencies, ensuring Procurement procedures are followed for agency appointment.
- Lead Venue scouting and planning ensuring management and Security team buy-in and approval, to ensure Client / Press journeys are accommodated.
- Oversee Event Agency management before, during and post-event; ensure plans are clear for Event project phases across all teams.
- Monitor market so as to keep up to date on trends and suppliers within the Event market landscape.
- Oversee planning of Event report templates, coordinating inputs from across all departments for Event budget reconciliation and post-event Reports/ Learnings.
- Manage up to date Event actions plans to ensure teams are across the required information, to support quality event delivery.
- Follow monthly A&P reporting for PR expenses in A&P; report timely to management.
- Compliance of financial regulations on submission of invoices and payment processing.
- Ensuring all expenses consumed within the month are captured within the same month.
