We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team, focusing on Plant Methods and Temporary Works. You will play a crucial role in the planning, design, coordination, and implementation of innovative plant methodology and temporary works solutions across complex infrastructure or construction projects.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team, focusing on Plant Methods and Temporary Works. You will play a crucial role in the planning, design, coordination, and implementation of innovative plant methodology and temporary works solutions across complex infrastructure or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review construction methods involving plant operations and temporary works.
- Coordinate the design, approval, and implementation of temporary works solutions.
- Prepare method statements, lift plans, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
- Liaise with designers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure safe and practical execution.
- Oversee compliance with TW procedures, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct on-site inspections and support issue resolution during delivery.
- Assist in logistics planning, plant access coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction, with exposure to temporary works or plant methodologies.
- Proven experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
- Sound understanding of construction plant operations and access logistics.
- Knowledge of TW design standards and processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- TW Coordinator training or experience (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
