We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Account Coordinator to join our high-performing Brisbane North & Sunshine Coast sales team right here in our Brisbane office.

What You'll Do: Your Impact

Role

In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring client success. Here’s a snapshot of what you can expect:

Administrative & Sales Support: Provide comprehensive operational support to our Account Partners, assisting with everything from creating compelling proposals and preparing insightful case studies to managing lead vetting and crucial client correspondence. You'll also ensure the efficient execution of client requests, including invoicing, billing, and usage reports.

Customer Service & Problem Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, providing proactive support, general troubleshooting, and swift problem resolution. You'll help clients drive product usage by aligning our solutions directly with their specific needs.

Relationship Management & Internal Collaboration: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with our valued real estate agency clients. You'll work closely with Corporate and Key Account Partners, and Sales Leaders, directly contributing to overall team success and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Listing & Campaign Coordination: Support the seamless management of property listings on Domain.com.au, ensuring accuracy and correct billing. You'll also assist with the coordination and execution of impactful advertising campaigns for real estate agents across digital, print, and social media channels.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed reports on client performance, campaign effectiveness, and key market trends, providing valuable data and insights to both the sales team and our clients.

Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records and track sales activities within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed on local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new Domain products and features to better support our clients.

Who You Are

A valid Australian driver's license (desirable, but not essential).
