Your Role
You'll be working within a varied, complex role with one of Capgemini's valued customers onsite in Tomago, NSW, working with an accomplished team in a collaborative atmosphere.
You will provide onsite and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.

Your Role

You will provide onsite and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.
Your Profile
- Providing enterprise level technical support and customer oriented service experience
- Experience with supporting Windows OS
- Experience with supporting the Office365 suite of applications
- ITIL v3, MCITP/MCTS and/or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded
- Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands.
- Ability to work unsupervised on client sites
