A little taste of your day-to-day:

As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of our dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and every meal is memorable.

What You'll Do:

• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
• Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and presentation.
• Foster relationships with guests and local patrons to encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams for seamless service.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work culture.
• Handle transactions with precision and care.
• Manage booking platforms efficiently.
• Uphold cleanliness standards and address safety concerns proactively.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or bar environments.
• Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills; approachable and articulate.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling certifications.
• Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions.
