Operations Analyst

This investment will scale Vault's SECRET Cloud and introduce new services such as the AUKUS cloud capability, directly addressing Australia's strategic national security demands. Vault is now positioned to not only strengthen its existing relationships with federal and state government agencies, but also strengthen its relationships with private sector businesses requiring secure cloud storage.To support this growth, we are bolstering our capability by adding numerous key roles that are integral to our future success. We are looking for a Level 1 Cloud Operations Support and Service Desk resource to join our team, providing essential support for mission-critical tools that underpin Vault’s classified cloud environments. In this role, you will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure, high-stakes systems vital to national security, while supporting the next generation of government technology. Based in our Canberra office, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Australia’s cyber defense efforts in the digital domain.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing our customer with an outstanding experience by helping to capture the demand for incident resolution and service requests.
• Adequately assess customer tickets and resolve in line with Vault processes. If unable to resolve at first point of contact effectively escalate to the relevant person.
• Systematically observe services and service components and record and report selected changes of state identified as events and resolved as required.
• Ensuring that services achieve the agreed and expected levels of performance.
• Fulfill services request and administration of cloud operations, including access management and networking

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:

• The scope of this role requires an Australian Government Security Clearance; therefore, applicants must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• 2 Year + experience in Service Desk, NOC, EOC or Technical Support
• Background in Linux environment administration
• Infrastructure & Networking exposure in a similar role
• Flexibility and availability to participate in a 24/7 roster
• Experience in Operational Environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
