About the Role

Based in Alice Springs, you’ll deliver client-focused social work support alongside legal services, with a focus on First Nations women. Your work will include:


  • Case management and advocacy across housing, health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Coordinating outreach and court support in Tennant Creek and remote communities
  • Delivering community education, training and e-learning
  • Supporting sector capability with audits, consultations, and service mapping



What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for registration
  • Understanding of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV)
  • Experience supporting women with complex needs, especially in First Nations contexts
  • Excellent communication, self-care, and teamwork skills


Bonus points if you have experience in:

  • Adult education, facilitation or training
  • Working in regional or remote Aboriginal communities
  • NT DFSV Risk Assessment & Management Framework


You’ll need or be able to obtain:

  • NT Driver Licence
  • Ochre Card (Working with Children)
  • National Police Check
