What’s the role?

In this Parramatta based role, you’ll be is responsible for driving the completion of process reviews and impact assessments across Cash & Transactional Banking Operations (CTBO) to ensure clarity on existing processes, supporting transformation initiatives under UNITE. The role involves identifying current process documentation gaps and pain points, ensuring all artifacts, including standard operating procedures and process maps, are updated to accurately reflect the processes. Additionally, the role will assist in ensuring that future state processes are adequately assessed and documented in line with guiding principles.

What do I need?

  • You know your way around process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio.
  • You’ve got a knack for writing clear, useful documentation.
  • You think in systems and love solving problems.
  • You’re all about the customer—always asking, “How can we make this better for them?”
  • You’ve played in Agile teams and maybe even used Confluence or JIRA.
  • You’re a natural communicator who can wrangle stakeholders with ease.
  • You’re curious, adaptable, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
