Join our SCA Gold Coast Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do.

What does your day to day look like?

• Develop, implement, and communicate local revenue growth strategies, prepare forecasts and reports, and identify new revenue opportunities in alignment with business goals.
• Lead a high-performing sales team through individualised coaching, recognition, recruitment, and structured performance management while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders; represent SCA at events and act as the local sales figurehead to promote business interests.
• Oversee advertising sales, proposal approvals, contract execution, sales promotions, and inventory management to ensure commercial and operational excellence.
• Partner with content, brand, promotions, and creative teams to deliver effective client outcomes, and support broader organisational initiatives as required.
  
  

What you’ll need:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adopt and using a range of styles, tools, and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally
• Senior Executive Sales leadership experience successfully leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing sales team within the media sector
• Strong negotiation skills and able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business
• Superior presentation skills an able to deliver attractive, accurate and customer focused communication
• A strong local network and knowledge of the local and interstate media landscape
