What You’ll Do
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle emails like a pro.
- Handle Confidential Info: Manage personal and private information with the utmost discretion and care.
- Be the Point of Contact: Communicate on behalf of the CEO with team members and external partners across our locations.
- Coordinate Travel: Plan and organize travel across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, making sure everything is seamless.
- Organise Documents: Prepare and tidy up documents, reports, and presentations for important meetings.
- Manage Projects: Help plan and execute special projects, ensuring everything stays on track.
- Build Relationships: Connect with key stakeholders and maintain strong relationships across our different regions.
- Assist Personally: Support the CEO with personal tasks, including managing schedules and running errands.
- Plan Events: Help organize company events, meetings, and team get-togethers.
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Discretion: You know how to keep a secret and handle sensitive info with care .
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, across different time zones.
- Organisation: You’re a multitasking wizard with great attention to detail.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other useful tools.
- Problem-Solving: You’re proactive and always ready to solve challenges as they come up.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to manage priorities.
