Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a TA Partner to take complete ownership of the hiring process—from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. You’ll work directly with hiring managers and leadership to build efficient recruiting processes and shape the future of our team.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand what they need—even when they don’t know how to describe it.
- Source top-tier candidates using creative tactics (you’ve probably already stalked our team on LinkedIn, haven’t you?).
- Screen and engage candidates with warmth, curiosity, and professionalism.
- Drive the full hiring process: from job posting to offer letter and high-fives.
- Optimize our recruiting tools and processes so they work smarter, not harder.
- Champion a diverse, inclusive hiring approach that reflects our values.
What We are Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (startup or high-growth environments = bonus points).
- A sixth sense for spotting great talent—and the persistence to reel them in.
- Superpower-level communication and people skills.
- A flexible, get-it-done mindset. You thrive in ambiguity and like building things from scratch.
- Experience with ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, Rippling etc.
- You care deeply about candidate experience, diversity, and team fit.
