Job Description

Create your best future and join Westpac as an Associate Process Expert.

What’s the role?

Based in our Parramatta office, you’ll support transformation projects across our Cash & Transactional Banking Operations. You will assist in completing process reviews, data collection and impact assessments across Cash & Transactional Banking Operations (CTBO) to ensure clarity on existing processes to support transformation initiatives under UNITE. You will assist in ensuring that future state processes are adequately assessed and documented in line with guiding principles.

What do I need?

We’re after someone curious, collaborative, and ready to grow:

  • You’ve got a knack for documenting processes and making things clear.
  • You’re passionate about improving customer experiences.
  • You’re comfortable working with tools like Visio, Confluence or JIRA.
  • You think analytically and love solving problems.
  • You’re organised, adaptable, and a great communicator.
  • You’re eager to learn and open to feedback.
