About The Role

We are excited to offer a brand new greenfields opportunity for a passionate and strategic Trusts & Foundations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time, leadership role based out of Blackburn, Melbourne, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

You’ll be at the helm of growing a high-impact income stream through powerful partnerships with corporate and philanthropic Trusts & Foundations, guiding a small but mighty team of two direct reports.

With your sharp strategic mind and natural flair for relationship-building, you'll lead a national approach to engage the vibrant and evolving Private and Public Ancillary Fund (PAF & PuAF) landscape — all while helping to shape the future of philanthropy within one of Australia’s most loved and trusted charitable organisations.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Experience in fundraising, particularly government tenders and contract-based funding, is highly desirable
  • Background in corporate or community services preferably in development
  • Strong track record in writing successful grant applications, submissions, and funding proposals
  • Skilled in negotiation, networking, and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and senior executives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach
  • Sound knowledge of fundraising principles, standards, and practices
