As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing the systems that drive our daily operations and support our strategic priorities. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Provide professional support service to System users
• Review and track requests for system enhancements
• Report defects to the system supplier and monitor defect resolution processes
• Undertake programming tasks using MS technologies
• Perform testing of assigned systems, which includes testing new versions, enhancements or bug fixes prior to release to production
• Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers to align application functionality with business processes and needs
The successful applicant will have (but not limited to):
• Strong experience in T-SQL and Azure SQL Database development and optimization.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing BAU (Business-As-Usual) support for Azure Integration Services (e.g., Logic Apps, Data Factory, Function Apps, Service Bus)
• Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service principles and the ability to be flexible and to anticipate and be responsive to client needs.
• Experience in working in the education sector is desirable
