Overview

Job Description:

As the Content Producer, you will oversee the end-to-end production of marketing content across photo, video, and design. This role combines hands-on production expertise with project management, coordinating both internal creative designers and external vendors to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned assets across digital, print, social, internal, and other communication platforms.

Your roles & responsibilities will be highly varied and include overseeing content production shoots, managing studio and design processes, to the sourcing of relevant products and props from our buyers and stores. All while ensuring all content aligns with marketing priorities, brand standards, and budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Studio Production

  • Lead the full lifecycle of content production, including pre-production planning, photography and video shoots, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Manage at least six shoots annually, covering stills and short-form motion, including casting, scheduling, wardrobe, product, and prop sourcing from within the TK Maxx network, and post-production.
  • Oversee both internal designers and third-party design studio workflows, ensuring efficient traffic, resource allocation, and timely delivery of creative assets.

Project & Vendor Management

  • Develop detailed production briefs and manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage core production partnerships with existing photography, design, and print studios, ensuring positive and successful relationships.
  • Source and manage external vendors (e.g., photographers, stylists, retouching, production studios) to ensure high-quality, cost-effective deliverables.
  • Partner with legal to manage licensing, rights usage, and copyright compliance.

Team & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing leads, creative design, and external partners to ensure alignment on creative vision and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the broader business to deliver on their design and content needs.
  • Track operational metrics to optimize workflows and resource planning.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Develop and manage production budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly budget reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a producer/project manager in an agency, marketing, or production company role encompassing motion and stills production.
  • Hands-on experience managing creative, design, or production teams.
  • Understanding of studio and content workflows.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems and studio workflow platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach with a growth mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
