In this temporary, 12 month position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing Sales team and be responsible for managing and coordinating Mercedes-Benz National Fleet operations and administratio
n.

Key duties & responsibilit
- ies:Fleet Administration: Process registration renewals, managing insurance claims, assist staff queries, and support fleet administration improveme
- nts.Employee Lease Program: Administer lease agreements, coordinate vehicle allocations, and manage lease application preferen
- ces.Interstate Vehicle Management: Coordinate and process interstate vehicle changeovers, book transport for auctions, and manage new demonstrator vehic
- les.Purchase Orders & Invoices: Handle purchase orders, invoices, and fleet warehouse duties; manage grounding and acceptance paperw
- ork.Account Management: Oversee Linkt, ChargeFox, Viva Energy accounts, process tolls and infringements, and manage fuel ca
rds.
