About The Role

Working with the Taralgon Technical Services team, you will be responsible for executing technical services and maintenance contracts as required by CSE Crosscom and our customers.

We will rely on you to provide an excellent level of customer service that exceeds our client's expectations, cultivates positive relationships, and contributes to ongoing business development.

About You

Driven and motivated to excel, you are a great teammate and communicator, with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. You have a Certificate III or higher in electronics engineering, RF engineering or related fields of study with strong technical knowledge of:

  • P25, TETRA, and DMR radio equipment
  • Radio spectrum
  • Network based radio systems

You have sound understanding Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regulatory landscape, with proven success in a dynamic technical role. You will also be able to work quickly and thoroughly in an environment that demands swift response times.

Other Skills And Experience Include

  • Wireless, IP networking, PAGA, telephony and microwave experience is highly desirable
  • Public Announcement, radar and display, compass, access control, CCTV, UPS and complex antenna systems experience is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a technical team assisting with functional specification requirements.
  • Experience in leading technical service delivery teams for planning, installing, commissioning and delivering solutions, and prioritising planned and unplanned workload.
  • Ability to integrate and implement technical solutions with management and user groups
  • Ability to problem solve and fault-find in time critical situations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ownership and responsibility for the role
