About The Role
As the Community Manager, you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, managing staff, contractors, and resident relations to drive revenue and create a welcoming, engaged environment. You will play a key role in marketing, events, and maintaining high service standards for current and prospective residents.

About The Role
As the Community Manager, you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, managing staff, contractors, and resident relations to drive revenue and create a welcoming, engaged environment. You will play a key role in marketing, events, and maintaining high service standards for current and prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site audits as well as entry and exit inspections and report on findings
- Organise events and activities and evaluate outcomes
- Prepare marketing material and participate in open days
- Network with key community groups and build positive relationships
- Ensure presentation and cleaning standards are maintained
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the community
- Manage the resale of resident homes
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within seniors living
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- High levels of customer service with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Highly organised and efficient
- Real estate sales & property management experience
- Previous experience in managing a team
