We’re seeking an experienced finance leader to manage our Accounts Receivable function during a critical period of transformation. This role is central to driving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across NDIS revenue collection and billing. You’ll develop and lead a high-performing team, bring deep expertise in AR processes, and play a key role in shaping a streamlined, post-merger financial environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Accounting and Revenue, this role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in NDIS billing and collections who thrives in complexity and change. You’ll have the opportunity to influence major systems integration, improve financial controls, and contribute directly to the financial sustainability of the organisation.
Your Impact
- Use your expertise to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing across a high-impact portfolio.
- Shape systems, embed streamlined financial processes and automation in a newly merged organisation.
- Lead improvements that reduce delays, mitigate risk, and support timely payments.
- Support financial sustainability, strengthen cash flow, reduce revenue leakage, and enhance financial integrity.
- Mentor and lead a committed and high performing team, fostering a collaborative and service-focused culture.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver outcomes that support clients, systems, and financial health.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in NDIS billing, revenue collection, and AR management.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams within a finance or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance obligations, and risk frameworks.
- Systems savvy, with experience embedding process improvements and automation in financial environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
