Right at Home, a leading provider of quality in-home care, is seeking a Office Administration professional to join our dedicated team in the Buninyong office. This is a fulltime role, available as part of a job share arrangement, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


This vital role supports the daily operations of our office and care team. Reporting to the General Manager, the Scheduler & Office Administrator will coordinate client services, manage office administration, and ensure seamless communication across staff, clients, and families. You’ll handle incoming care enquiries, schedule services, support recruitment processes, and help create an exceptional client experience.

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to treating every client with respect and compassion.

Client Engagement

  • Build warm, trusting relationships with clients and their families

  • Handle service enquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Liaise with referral sources, care staff, and internal teams

  • Support client intake, onboarding, and ongoing care coordination

Office & Administrative Support

  • Maintain operational systems and CRM (VisualCare)

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of care staff

  • Support billing, reporting, and general office duties

  • Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and company policies


Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years Office management experience (essential)

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • Australian Federal Police Clearance

  • Current CPR & First Aid Certificate

  • Driver’s licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

Desirable:

  • Cert III in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care

  • Previous experience in in-home care or aged care sectors

  • Experience using enterprise management software such as VisualCare
