Permanent – Full Time (80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO)

The Role: Grow your career
Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community Services team, delivering physiotherapy care through the Home Care Packages / Support at Home program.
In this rewarding role, you will provide assessment and tailored physiotherapy services to clients in their own homes. You will work within a consumer-directed, goal-oriented Wellness and Reablement model, supporting clients to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Selection Criteria
Essential
Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy- . Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- . Interest in regional and rural healthcar

Understanding of Aged Care standard- s Experience working with students and junior team member
