About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, develop, and support our Salesforce platform. As part of a growing financial services firm, you’ll play a critical role in optimising our CRM system to support internal reporting, client engagement, sales activity, compliance reporting, and marketing initiatives.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across sales, digital transformation, marketing, client services, operations, and compliance to ensure Salesforce is tailored to the needs of the business. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your technical knowledge, gain exposure to the wider business technology stack, and help drive continuous improvement across multiple systems.

Role Responsibilities
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that inform strategic business decisions
- Create and manage reports and dashboards for sales, client services, and management teams
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce custom objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, and automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRMA and Salesforce Agents for the purpose of deployment and maintenance.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access, provide day-to-day support and training to end users
- Perform regular system maintenance including data integrity and duplicate record management
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications
- Partner with sales, digital transformation operations, and marketing teams to gather business requirements and translate into Salesforce functionality
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows using automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, or Apex
- Work independently and take initiative to understand evolving departmental needs and align with the broader business’ goals
- Contribute to broader business strategy by delivering timely, data-driven recommendations that support growth and efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years plus experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) a plus
- Experience in the financial services sector (e.g. wealth management, asset management, banking, or insurance) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of CRMA and experience with AI and Automation Agents
- Proficiency with the integration and maintenance of third-party systems with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security model, and automation tools
- Proficient in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and analytically skills essential
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze/On24) a plus
